Update as of 5/1: THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
As part of the “SAR 250 Speakers Series” in Frederick, the Sgt. Lawrence Everhart Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution (SAR) is offering a presentation by its chapter genealogist Kenneth Coppage, who will present the results of his extensive research on Revolutionary War hero Sgt. Lawrence Everhart, who was born 270 years ago, in May 1755. Attempting to separate documentable fact from legend and myth, Coppage will offer a fuller and richer picture of Everhart’s military service and his remarkable life and service in the new nation he helped to bring into being.
This presentation is free to the public.
