“A Tiny Piece of Sky,” the story of three sisters, one restaurant, and a (possible) German spy. On Friday, October 11, join author Shawn K. Stout as she discusses the subject of her book and its inspiration in the real-life Becks' Tavern that was located in Hagerstown, MD. This month’s drink is the Märzen, a German style beer. Doors open at 5:30 PM and light hors d'oeuvres will be served! Culture & Cocktails 2024 has been made possible by the generous support of the James and Mary Schurz Foundation.
Tickets are $15-25 per person.
