Description:

6:30 p.m. Mr. Gray, a local author and historian, will present the latest compelling evidence in the John Wilkes Booth controversy. While there is no doubt that Booth shot President Lincoln on April 14, 1865, what happened after he rode away into Maryland and Virginia has been shrouded in so much mystery and conflicting reports that not one Booth relative today believes that he was killed at Garett's farm near Port Royal. Using facts, photos, and eyewitness testimony, Mr. Gray presents the best possible evidence in this enduring historical mystery.
